Oroko Rise

Oroko Rise is a landmark residential subdivision delivered by TLDC from concept through to completion, with our team providing the full spectrum of services — planning, resource and engineering consents, cadastral and engineering surveying, 3D modelling, civil design, contract procurement, MSQA, construction supervision, Section 224 certification, title stages and landscaping. The project involved extensive earthworks to create 120 terraced residential lots and five stormwater detention basins, with full civil infrastructure servicing the development, including 38 homes qualifying under New Zealand's Affordable Home criteria.
