Kokomea Village Centre Development 

As lead consultant, TLDC delivered this large integrated development end to end — covering a 160-lot residential subdivision, a commercial precinct anchored by a 2,300m² supermarket, and the Lakecrest Lifestyle Retirement Village — from resource planning and consenting through civil engineering design, construction project management, council certifications and full survey, boundary and title work. TLDC also led the planning, design and implementation of all public reserve and landscaping areas across the site, along with major roading infrastructure including the Lake Terrace underpass and ROB intersection upgrade.
