WHO WE ARE

Chris is the Director of TLDC and a highly experienced Civil Engineer with over 35 years' experience in land development, civil infrastructure and project delivery across New Zealand. He has led residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, with expertise spanning civil design, three-waters and roading infrastructure, contract administration, construction supervision and project management. His knowledge of planning, consenting and engineering allows him to guide projects through every stage while ensuring compliance and quality outcomes for clients.

Linda is an experienced Project Manager who oversees the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse range of land development and civil infrastructure projects. She works closely with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities to coordinate multidisciplinary teams through every stage — from initial planning and consenting through design, procurement and construction to project completion. Her strong organisational skills, clear communication and proactive approach keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Jessica is a Civil Engineering Technician with TLDC, providing technical support across a diverse range of land development, civil infrastructure and geotechnical projects throughout the Central North Island. She is involved in project delivery from initial site investigation through to construction and completion, assisting with engineering design, site inspections, geotechnical assessments, contract administration and construction monitoring. Jessica is proficient in CAD software for producing accurate civil design drawings and experienced in operating modern survey equipment for topographical, set-out and as-built surveys.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy and Finance and plays a key role in TLDC's project procurement — including contract procurement, preparing project pricing, coordinating tendering processes and developing project schedules. Working closely with the engineering and project management teams, he assists with cost estimating, budgeting, procurement planning and contract administration, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on programme and within budget. Ben is also experienced in operating modern survey equipment for topographical, construction set-out and as-built surveys.

Brendan completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering while building practical experience across a broad range of civil and land development projects at TLDC. Working as a Graduate Civil Engineer, he is involved in civil design, engineering analysis, surveying, site inspections, construction monitoring and contract administration, contributing to residential, commercial and infrastructure developments with design work across earthworks, stormwater, wastewater, water supply and roading. By combining his studies with hands-on project experience, he is developing a strong understanding of the engineering principles needed to deliver practical, cost-effective and compliant solutions.

Sandra is an integral member of the TLDC team, providing administration support across all areas of the business. She plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently by coordinating office administration, managing project documentation, and supporting both staff and clients.
