For Taupō District Council, TLDC provided full-service delivery of an 8-hectare commercial subdivision comprising 18 lots ranging from 2,000 to 8,000m² — from planning, consenting, surveying, 3D and civil design through engineering, contract procurement, MSQA, contract supervision, on-site engineering, and 224 and title stages, to landscaping design, procurement and supervision.
